Megalodon (Carcharodon megalodon), meaning "big tooth," is an extinct species of shark that lived approximately 23 to 2.6 million years ago, during the Early Miocene to the end of the Pliocene.
This is a lovely Megalodon shark tooth in great condition. Both sides of the tooth show good serrations and the tip is complete. A lovely addition to any collection.
